Media Workshop Report: Clean Energy in the Philippines and Asia
In support of the policy work being done by ECO-Asia, ECO-Asia and EJN co-organized a workshop for the media on clean energy issues in the Philippines and Asia. The workshop was held in Manila on March 23-24, 2010. The workshop was attended by thirteen senior national journalists from the Philippines who report on environment and energy issues. Speakers at the workshop included experts from ECO-Asia, other segments of the clean energy industry active in the Philippines, and policymakers from the national government, including Climate and Assistant Energy Secretary Mario Marasigan.
